The project proposes an exploratory study in the fields of Computer Science, Information Science and Communication from the investigation of flows and production routines in journalistic essays of Brazil, Costa Rica, England and the United States.

A computational model of semantic treatment is proposed, structured in layers and metalanguage, in managing the production of multimodal digital media. The model assumes that the cooperative and distributed generation routines can be managed from various media and convergent digital media, according to a humanistic and social design.

The research is focusing on the citizen networking and facilitating the construction of creative and intercultural dialogues according to the theory of collective intelligence and semantic sphere.
